Everything you need to know about receiving your Candly Wish order, returns and what to do if something isn’t quite right.
Delivery
UK delivery only. Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days and normally arrive within 2–5 working days from the date of order.
Once your parcel is on its way, you’ll receive a dispatch confirmation.
Returns & Refunds
Changed your mind? Please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unburned and returned in their original condition and packaging. Return postage is normally the customer’s responsibility.
Need to know
Every order is carefully checked and packed before leaving Candly Wish. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please get in touch as soon as possible with your order number and a few photos so I can help put things right.
Because every Candly Wish piece is handmade, small variations in colour, finish or appearance may naturally occur.
